Jersey

Komainu (Jersey) Limited is regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission in the conduct of fund services business and is a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP)

UAE

Komainu MZE is regulated by the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) for VA Custody Services (including custodial staking)

United Kingdom

Komainu (UK) Limited is registered with the UK Financial Conduct Authority.

Italy

Komainu Europe S.r.l. has an OAM registration in Italy.
